I can't pinpoint exactly what is effective, but this is part of a wider hair loss battle along with finasteride daily 1mg and topical minoxidil 5%. I take this supplement as well, and all combined I've notice a stop of loss and even some regrowth in balding areas.

I've been taking these this hair supplement for a week and a half and have had no problems. Of course it's far too early to notice any results. These things take time. The capsules are medium size and easy enough to swallow with water, A serving is two capsules,, so this is a one month supply. The ingredients seem well thought out. The capsules contain bovine gelatin., which may be a concern if you're vegan. Hopefully these will help.

I have used this 3-4 times and am enjoying the way it reduces frizziness that comes with blow-drying. I am not sure if it this helps with hair growth (will update if I notice anything), but as a lightweight blow-dry spray, it is fantastic. The fragrance is mild and smells great. I also love the wide mist spray over some of the more concentrated, heavy spray nozzles I've had the displeasure of using. This sprayer doesn't focus a large amount of product on one particular area of my hair, which is very fine and can't take a lot without looking greasy.

I always appreciate when supplements have both a solid outer seal as well as an inner seal, and this one also comes with a cotton insert and desiccant packet to keep the supplements dry and fresh. I ordered this for the saw palmetto, but I see that's the third listed ingredient after B6 and Zinc. That's not a problem, but when taking other supplements it's good to know this up front so you are not taking too much of anything. The caplets are clear, showing the tan powder inside, and they are easy to swallow.
